پنجاب پولس نے پنجاب کے 36 اضلاع میں عوامی سہولیاتی مراکز قائم کیے ہیں جنھے "پولیس خدمت مرکز"کہا جاتا ہے (مراکز کی جامع فہرست بمع رابطہ نمبر اور جگہوں کی تفصیل ادھر موجود ہے) ۔ پنجاب پولیس کے ٹیکنالوجی پارٹنر ہونے کے ناطے، پنجاب انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی بورڈ (پی آیَ ٹی بی) نے تمام مراحل کو خود کار بنایا ہے اورایک مکمل مرکزی آیَ ٹی سسٹم تشکیل دیا ہے جس سے ان مراکز کی مجموعی کارکردگی کو بہتر بنایا گیا ہے۔ مرکزی آیَ ٹی سسٹم کے ساتھ قائم کردہ ان مراکز کے درج ذیل نتایئج سامنے آےَ ہیں:

  • درخواست جمع کرانے کا آسان عمل
  • شہریوں کیساتھ باوقار سلوک

آئی جی پنجاب کا پیغام


شہریوں کی بہترین خدمت ہی پنجاب پولیس کا اولین مقصد ہے۔ ہم اس عزم کی تکمیل کے لئے شبانہ روز کوشاں ہیں اور خدمت مراکز کا قیام اِسی کوشش کی ایک کڑی ہے۔
ہمارے خدمت مراکز گو کہ تمام اضلاع میں مختلف انواع کی13خدمات مہیا کر رہے تھے لیکن یہ خدمات ان اضلاع تک ہی محدود تھیں، اور عوام الناس کو کریکٹر سرٹیفکیٹ کے حصول اور ٹریفک لائسنس جیسے کاموں کی تجدید کے لیے اپنے آبائی اضلاع کا سفر کرنا پڑتا تھا۔ مگر اب ان خدمت مراکز کا دائرہ کار متعلقہ اضلاع سے بڑھا کر ایک مربوط نظام(Integrated Khidmat Markaz System)کے تحت پورے پنجاب میں پھیلادیا گیا ہے۔ باہم مربوط خدمت مراکز کے اس نئے نظام کی وجہ سے پنجاب کے عوام تمام سہولیات سے اپنی دہلیز پر ہی استفادہ حاصل کرسکیں گے۔ اس کے علاوہ محکمہ پولیس کے خلاف شکایات بھی اب خدمت مراکز میں جمع کرائی جاسکتی ہیں۔
تمام ڈسٹرکٹ ہیڈ کوارٹرز ہسپتالوں میں اس مربوط نظام کے تحت پولیس خدمت کاونٹر بھی بنائے جارہے ہیں تاکہ شہری میڈیکولیگل سرٹیفکیٹ کی سہولت بغیر کسی پریشانی اور پولیس اسٹیشن جائے بغیر وہیں سے حاصل کرسکیں۔ اس سے نہ صرف وقت کی بچت ہوگی بلکہ عوامی شکایات کے خاتمہ کے ساتھ ساتھ نظام میں مزید شفافیت بھی آئے گی۔ مستقبل میں یہ خدمت کاونٹر صوبہ بھر کے تحصیل ہیڈ کوارٹرہسپتالوں میں بھی قائم کئے جائیں گے۔
مجھے یقین ہے کہ پنجاب پولیس خدمت مراکز کے اس نئے نظام کی بدولت عوام کی توقعات پر پورا اُترے گی۔ ہم اللہ کے حضور اپنے مقصد میں کامیابی کے لیے دُعا گو ہیں۔

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has announced that the fresh currency notes for Eid-ul-Fitr 2019 will be available between May 20 and May 31, 2019.

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has announced that the fresh currency notes for Eid-ul-Fitr 2019 will be available between May 20 and May 31, 2019.

The SBP has launched an SMS service in this regard. Interested people can register themselves through this service before visiting the designated branches to avail the new currency notes.


The registration method is simple; just type your CNIC number along with the branch code of the nearby bank and send it to 8877. Charges for this service are Rs. 2 plus tax/SMS. The message format is “CNICe-branch code.”

Once the process is completed, the consumers will receive an SMS with information about their Redemption Code, E-Branch Address and Expiry Date of Redemption Code.

Upon receiving such a message, you can visit the respective bank branch with your original CNIC, its photocopy, and the Redemption Code received through 8877 SMS.



The SBP said that the new currency notes will be available at 1700 branches across 142 cities.

People can also visit the State Bank’s six field offices to get fresh notes.

Note: The SBP is yet to release the branch code list for the year 2019. Consumers can get the list of branch codes from http://www.sbp.org.pk/. We will also update it as soon as it gets rolled out. Wait for it and then send the SMS on or after 20th May.

Here’s How to Get Computerized Arms, Weapon License from NADRA!




National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) and Interior Department of Punjab have joined hands for a new computerized system that makes it easy to renew your existing arms license or cancel the arms license if required.
NADRA is currently not issuing new arms licenses, instead only old arms licenses are computerized / renewed by NADRA.
Also note that computerized Arms licenses from NADRA may take up to 12 months or even two years, as they are computerized after verification from local DCO / original issuer of arms licenses.
The new system is called Computerized Arms License System (CALS).
To identify fake arms licenses, and to provide satisfaction and protection against crimes, NADRA has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Punjab government to issue computerized arms licenses in the province.
In the initial phase, the smart cards will replace the old (traditional) arms licenses in 9 districts of Punjab, as well as in Islamabad, Lahore, Sargodha, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sukkar and Karachi.
If you still have the old arms license, you can apply for the new computerized NADRA arms license. This is because the government plans on cracking down on people who carry bare weapons and arms and have old arms licenses, according to the law.

How To Apply For Renewal of Arms License

  • Submit Rs. 1,400 in UBL Omni. (Note: this is a non-refundable annual fee for weapon license).
  • Submit your application for arms / weapon license in your respective district’s Deputy Commissioner Office.
  • Visit the nearest NADRA center or facilitation center.
    • Submit original deposit slip.
    • Submit original copy of old arms license.
    • Submit two recent passport size photographs.
The applicant will be given a token after complete attestation of their documents.
Furthermore, applicants have to go through bio-metric verification, digital photography and similar systems to complete their request.
Upon successfully clearing each step, the applicant will be handed a new computerized temporary permit and the old license will be cancelled.

NADRA aims to make the arms license cards “foolproof and highly secure” by introducing multiple security features. The arms license card will carry electronic data of the arms and the owner of it for instant machine use and integration with other verification systems.

  • Verification of applicant particulars through NADRA’s Verisys.
  • Card bears weapon information for instant verification.
  • Weapon Owner Track-ability through CNIC.
  • Foolproof and Secure Document by introducing various security features in the card.
  • Machine readability through bar code for integration with other checking/Verification systems.
  • Secure Lamination on both sides with GOP Logos that are visible under ultraviolet light.

Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund Educational Scholarships 2019

Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund Board provides services to Punjab government employees since 1960. The Punjab Benevolent Fund Board is a governmental organization supporting the serving and retired provincial government employees as well as widows/ children of deceased government servants across the province. All the services are under under the provisions of The Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund Ordinance, 1960.
Who can apply for Educational Scholarship?
The Provincial Benevolent Fund Board invites applications for Educational Scholarships for the year of 2019. All those students can apply for the Benevolent Fund Educational Scholarships 2019, whose father or mother is/was an employee of Punjab government (Whether, in-service, retired or died).
What is the Eligibility Criteria?
Only two children of Punjab government’s in-service, retired or died employees can apply for the scholarship. In addition, applicant student must have passed his/her matric or higher exam with 60% marks and is registered in next class. But, if any student is studying in special education intuition then three children can apply for this scholarship.
Similarly, three children of died or retired disable employees can apply this scholarship. Moreover, children of died or retired disable employees can also apply for primary to matric scholarships.
According to Reference No. BF-68/11 Dated 07-09-2019, if both father and mother are Punjab government’s employee then they both can apply for their each child individually.
